Before joining HRM360, she spent years on the front lines of HR transformation, helping mid-sized companies rethink how they onboard, manage, and retain their teams. The work was deeply technical, but the questions she kept getting were anything but. Managers wanted to know why their system couldn’t do something simple. New hires wanted onboarding to make sense. Leadership wanted reports they could actually read. Vanessa found herself becoming the person who translated between the platform and the people using it, and eventually that became her calling.
